A protest piece in front of Trump Tower in NYC, using design to influence conversation on the topic of equality and immigration. Building walls physically and metaphorically only leads to more problems. We cannot be shutting people out based on religion, ethnicity, race, gender, or sex.

The reason why I became an editor was to have the ability to tell stories. Taking the audience through a journey and keeping them engaged can be challenging. In this edit the director has done a magnificent job at telling Beatrice’s story with beautiful shots, sound design and sequence order. It immediately catches your attention and keeps you interested until the very last second.

I absolutely love these breakdowns from different directors and movies. I love learning about everything involving film, photography, motion graphics and 3d. This is one more tool for the tool belt. Enjoy.

Thought this was an interesting animation. Visually compelling and keeps you engaged. The music score was great and really gave it a nice dramatic feeling. Love the black and white tone in the overall visual design. Also thought the slow progression both with the music and the visuals worked really well together to build the story. Very well done.

I really enjoy all the animations from the Headspace App’s series, but I particularly love this one. The art directors create an abstract sense of space just using simple characters in various perspectives—zooming in on the character’s “face” and panning out to show wider shots actually illustrate exactly what the video is talking about. It’s instructive, but engaging.
